Credits and purchases.

One wallet, supported games

Cosmic Credits can be purchased, awarded as prizes or earned through approved rewards in participating games. They use one shared wallet and can be spent on the same supported items and unlocks. The item, its game, its full Credit cost and any gameplay effects are shown before you confirm. Individual games may also have their own separate coins or resources.

Your account

Sign in with your email before buying or redeeming Credits. Use the same account on each device. Keep your email account secure and sign out on shared devices.

Credit packs

Pack prices are shown in Australian dollars, with the full amount charged and any bonus Credits stated before payment. Packs are one-off purchases, with no subscription or automatic top-up. Stripe handles checkout. Credits are added after payment is confirmed, rather than simply when you return to the site.

Purchased and earned Credits

Purchased Credits, pack bonuses, prizes and approved game rewards add to the same spendable balance. Purchased Credits do not expire. Each competition or game reward states its own conditions and limits. A reward must be confirmed by the connected service before Credits are added. Signing in is required to receive wallet rewards. Local or guest saves cannot automatically turn their coins, scores or progress into Cosmic Credits.

Spending Credits

You confirm each purchase. The confirmation shows the item, its cost and the balance afterwards. An item bought for one game is for that game unless its description says otherwise. Your remaining Credits can be used in other supported Cosmic Console games.

Spending settings

New wallets have cash purchase limits of A$20 per purchase, A$20 in a rolling 24 hours and A$50 in a rolling 30 days. Pending payments reserve part of those limits. You can lower your limits or pause new purchases in your account settings. Increases and reopening purchases require review. A payment already started may still complete. Refunds do not immediately reset spending limits.

Cash and transfers

Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred between player accounts through this wallet. They are not an investment and do not earn interest. This does not limit any right to a refund or other remedy.

Payment problems, refunds and disputes

If a payment succeeds but Credits or an item do not arrive, contact us through the help section of your wallet and include your order reference. Wallet history records where Credits came from. A Credit pack refund or payment reversal adjusts the Credits and bonus linked to that paid order; it does not turn earned Credits or prizes into a cash refund. If the adjustment leaves a debt, further spending may be paused while the account is reviewed.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. These terms do not exclude consumer guarantees or any remedy you are entitled to. Refund and account questions are reviewed by Cosmic Loot Games. You can find purchase help in a game’s settings or the details of a wallet transaction. Each paid game may have its own voluntary change-of-mind policy, based on playtime, progress or named milestones. The policy offered at purchase applies to that purchase. No single two-hour cutoff applies to every game, Credit pack or item. A support request does not itself issue a refund.
